In this role, you will significantly impact the organization by driving operational excellence and managing HR processes critical to our Digital & Technology divisions. You will collaborate closely with HR centers of excellence to elevate talent strategies and support organizational effectiveness. Your expertise in employee relations and risk management will ensure a compliant and fair work environment. As a strategic partner, you will assist in change management initiatives and drive key people strategies to enhance overall organizational health. This is an opportunity to shape HR practices within a dynamic, remote environment. \n Accountabilities Drive talent strategies that elevate performance and build future-ready capabilities. Manage annual talent reviews and succession planning. Coach teams on performance management and development processes. Support key talent acquisition activities and improve onboarding effectiveness. Ensure end-to-end delivery of HR programs in collaboration with COEs. Utilize AI and automation to create operational efficiencies. Provide counsel on employee relations matters ensuring compliance. Partner with legal teams to manage employee relations risks. Collaborate on organization design to improve clarity and accountability. Advise leaders using data and insights to drive improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of progressive HR generalist/HRBP experience. Experience supporting Technology & Digital organizations. Ability to manage employee relations across diverse global teams. Strong background in organizational design and change management. Experience with HR COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
