Description
Represent the EMEA HR function in providing full-service HR business partner/consulting support to select client groups Partner, advise, enable and influence management team, through VP-level, on all aspects of people management and leadership. Cultivate strong working relationships with client leadership team and employees Manage employee relations cases in compliance with French law, including performance, disciplinary issues, and sickness absence, while coaching managers to handle matters effectively and fairly. Coordinate preparation for and represent the company before the CSE, including drafting and distributing the Ordre du Jour and supporting documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, drafting and presenting HR-related materials, ensuring compliance with French legal obligations, and fostering constructive relationships with employee representatives. * Gains deep knowledge of corporate business practices, policies, organization structure, roles/responsibilities to fully understand business and industry dynamics Drive Talent Management programs throughout client group for optimal adoption and impact Establish, monitor and report on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of all HR programs. Identify the talent gaps and development needs of the client group, its managers, key individuals, and people in key positions Continue to build exceptional HR business partnering capabilities that contribute to company performance and ensures that UKG continues to be a place where great people work Preparer et representer l'entreprise devant le CSE : redaction de l'ordre du jour, coordination des parties prenantes, presentation des sujets RH, conformite legale et maintien d'un dialogue constructif avec les representants du personnel. Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels Demonstrated ability to align HR programs to business goals and objectives in a high growth environment Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change Experience in the interpretation of people analytics Software or high-tech industry experience preferred Diplome en Ressources Humaines, Developpement Organisationnel ou domaine connexe, ou experience equivalente. Experience de 5 a 10 ans minimum dans un role de HRBP ou de direction RH, avec une expertise solide en design organisationnel, coaching managerial, relations sociales, gestion du changement et animation du CSE. Experience averee dans l'accompagnement du changement.
