About the mission we offer you: Lead HR – Emiratization (UAE National) The Lead HR – Emiratization is responsible for driving the organization’s Emiratization strategy, supporting UAE National hiring, development, and retention initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable Emiratization requirements. The role partners closely with business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and government-related stakeholders to build strong UAE National talent pipelines and achieve headcount targets. Key responsibilities * Lead the planning and execution of Emiratization hiring initiatives across assigned business areas. * Develop and maintain UAE National talent pipelines through sourcing, engagement, and outreach activities. * Partner with hiring managers to identify suitable Emirati opportunities and prioritize UAE Nationals for eligible roles. * Support workforce planning, vacancy tracking, and monthly Emiratization reporting. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve candidate attraction, assessment, onboarding, and retention of UAE Nationals. * Support career development, mentoring, and engagement initiatives for Emirati employees. * Monitor hiring progress against Emiratization targets and escalate risks or shortfalls. * Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal and external requirements. * Build relationships with universities, local talent networks, and Emirati employment channels. * Support continuous improvement of Emiratization processes and related HR initiatives. Requirements * UAE National only. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Strong experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Emiratization-focused roles. * Proven knowledge of Emiratization programs, UAE labor market practices, and local recruitment channels. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. * Ability to manage targets, reporting, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills * Experience working with UAE National hiring initiatives. * Strong reporting and data management skills. * Experience supporting talent development or employee engagement programs. * Professional, proactive, and relationship-driven approach.
