Join Us and Make an Impact.  About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Lead HR Service Administrator (HR Operations Officer) to join our HR Operations team. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR services across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across our Australia operations. This role also acts as the local HR focal point, supporting compliance requirements and providing operational HR support within the region. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem‑solving, and have a passion for operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.  Key Responsibilities * Lead HR service administration activities to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate HR operations support across the employee lifecycle. * Oversee HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employment verifications. * Act as the in‑country HR focal point for compliance, documentation, and local regulatory requirements. * Support internal investigations and HR compliance activities. * Partner with HR stakeholders to streamline processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement. * Maintain high standards of HR data quality across HRIS platforms and other systems. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3+ years’ experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role. * Strong understanding of HR processes, HRIS systems, and data accuracy standards. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines. * Proficiency in MS Office and comfort learning digital HR tools. * A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach. * Australian citizenship (requirement due to security clearance eligibility).
