The Lead HR Administrator is a key member of the HR Services Global Operations team, providing expert HR administration support for France. This role acts as the first point of escalation for complex employee lifecycle, payroll, and time & attendance topics, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience. The position also plays a mentoring and coordination role within the HR Services team and partners closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, COEs, and external vendors.
