Primary Duties & Responsibilities This position acts as a Lead HR Business Partner supporting the designated product lines/business units/plants through professional HR consultation and effective implementation of people-related programs: Partner with managers and employees to provide HR guidance on talent, performance, culture, capability, and employee experience. Coordinate Learning Needs Analysis, execute local learning programs, and adapt global learning initiatives to the Vietnam context. Support performance management activities and coach leaders in performance processes. Implement proactive and preventive Employee Relations programs; provide consultation to resolve ER issues. Coordinate labor union engagement and support effective resolution of labor-related matters. Coordinate internal and external labor audits to ensure compliance with local labor requirements. Enhance and execute Day-1 onboarding and the Induction Program. Lead assigned HR projects and support HR transformation initiatives to improve HR service delivery. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, etc, preferably in HR Management. • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Professional/Organizational Learning is strongly preferred. • Professional Certificate in HR/HRBP (SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, etc..) is a plus • 7 years of working experience in HR Management including 2+ years working experiene in an HRBP or managerial role in a manufacturing setting. • Solid track record in managing performance, talent development, employee relations, and change initiatives. Skills • Strong knowledge/awareness about labour laws. • Strong hand-on experience in HR operations and Labor Compliance and Employee Relations. • Strong business acumen, organizational design, workforce planning, strategic thinking. • Ability to translate business strategies into people implications and resulting HR strategies and tactics. • A successful track record in Talent Development or Talent Acquisition and solutions with measurable business impacts. • Excellent at using MS Excel, and able to analyse data and provide recommendations. • Self-motivated, resourceful, mature, and able to work on own initiative. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written). • Flexible and able to work in a busy environment. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Team player works with others effectively, respectfully, and cordially Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
