We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HSE Engineer (PMC) with a strong background in oil and gas. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of managing HSE responsibilities within a PMC role.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Proven experience in a PMC role, ideally with ADNOC or similar large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• ADNOC project experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with international safety standards and multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Lead and manage all HSE activities during the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and ADNOC requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses, recommending mitigations and improvements.
• Ensure all project deliverables align with HSE and regulatory guidelines.
• Review and approve HSE-related design documentation, risk assessments, and reports.
• Provide technical expertise and advice to the project management team regarding HSE issues.
• Actively engage in audits, inspections, and incident investigations to enhance safety performance.
