ABOUT YOU

To best support your growth and ours, we’re looking for candidates who possess:

  • Minimum Certificate IV OHS; Diploma-level OHS preferred.
  • Preferred 5 years’ experience in heavy industry/construction, petrochemical, and/or mining.
  • Train the Trainer; Certificate IV in Education and Vocational Assessment preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Qualification in Environment (desirable).
  • Completed accredited Management System Audit training.
  • Root Cause Analysis Facilitator or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, HSE regulatory frameworks and agencies.
  • Experience with hazard recognition, behavioural-based safety, and SWMS development, reviews, and auditing is desired.
  • Ability to innovate and problem-solve.
  • High level of computer literacy, including the ability to interpret data and present statistics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence and coach.

This position requires a current National Police Check (no more than 3 months old), a current driver’s licence, and evidence of right to work in Australia.
