At the heart of our Bellefontaine and Grove City locations, the Lead Human Capital Consultant is integral in orchestrating key HR operations, spanning from policy oversight to associate engagement. They seamlessly navigate federal, state, and local compliance landscapes, collaborating closely with production teams to cultivate a culture of recognition and morale elevation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field.
  • Relevant HR experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in HR laws and compliance.
  • Proven 5-7 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Champion HR policy adherence and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and spearhead thorough internal investigations.
  • Act as a management liaison in associate counseling and policy guidance.
  • Facilitate focus groups to gather insightful organizational intelligence.
  • Coordinate enriching associate welfare activities.
  • Connect with associates across all Ohio plant locations.
  • Uplift associate morale and strengthen a positive HR atmosphere.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly reports for internal and corporate review.
  • Collaborate with management to address hiring demands and forecasting.
  • Monitor staffing levels against departmental budgets.
  • Enhance the onboarding journey for new team members.
  • Engage directly with the production floor team.
  • Participate in initiatives that enhance corporate citizenship.
  • Uphold safety accountability within production environments.
  • Advise on and implement company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain 5S standards, ensuring organized and efficient workspaces.
  • Drive team collaboration and engagement in HR activities.
  • Embrace continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices using PDCA cycles.
  • Take on special projects and duties as required.
