Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise an installation team of at least one Install Helper or Apprentice Perform hands-on installation of residential HVAC systems, including replacement and retrofit projects Install air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, and related components Ensure all installations meet company specifications, manufacturer requirements, and local/state HVAC codes Complete system start-ups, testing, and final quality checks Maintain safety and quality as top priorities on every job site Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining the installation process and system operation Ensure all job paperwork and forms are completed accurately and submitted on time Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Mentor and train Install Helpers to improve skill development and job efficiency Requirements 2+ years of HVAC installation experience is required (Residential experience preferred) Proven experience leading or mentoring an installation team Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices Knowledge of local HVAC codes with the ability to apply them on the job EPA 608 Certification (required) Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow OSHA requirements and company safety policies Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience and leadership level Performance-based incentives are available with huge growth potential based on performance.
