What You Bring: * Experience: 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial service/install experience. * Licensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred. * Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of applicable installation and venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing principles. * Systems Expertise: Proven track record in heating and cooling systems; ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints. * Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Integrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement. * Compliance: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record; must pass a drug screen and background check. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. * Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. * Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold. * Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
