Become part of an elite team of professionals by joining Allen Service today.    Why work for Allen Service? * Great Growth Opportunities * Benefits that start on the first of the month * Fantastically fun work culture  * Medical (three affordable medical plans to choose from), Dental and Vision Insurance  * Company paid Life Insurance and Employee Assistance Program for yourself, spouse, and children.  * Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability  * Optional Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID & Legal Shield  * 401k with company match  * Professional and Personal Development, Including Continued Education Assistance * Paid time off & 9 Paid Holidays * Compensation:$65,000-$150,000 annually; Guaranteed Weekly Rate   What You'll Do: * Installation: Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately. * Technical Execution: Apply familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues. * Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting new and existing customer needs. * Operational Standards: Comply with all service standards, work instructions, and specific customer requirements. * Documentation: Accurately interpret and utilize blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications during service calls.   What You Bring:  * Experience: 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial service/install experience. * Licensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred. * Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of applicable installation and venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing principles. * Systems Expertise: Proven track record in heating and cooling systems; ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints. * Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Integrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement. * Compliance: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record; must pass a drug screen and background check.   Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. * Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. * Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold. * Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
