What You'll Do: Lead the Job Site: Take full ownership of complex residential and commercial installations. Mentor and Develop: Guide and train junior installers, helping them grow their skills and build good habits. What We're Looking For: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience. Certifications: EPA certification is required. Expertise: A solid understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration. You can install braze and evacuate line sets and wire all controls and thermostats without supervision.
