Description One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to support our growing Outer Banks team. We are looking for a motivated installer who can take ownership of jobs in the field, lead install crews effectively, and consistently deliver clean, high-quality installations.
