Oversee jobsite coordination, ensuring timely and quality installations. Install ductwork, thermostats, and system components per job specifications. Perform system start-ups and verify functionality. Diagnose and resolve installation issues or system malfunctions. Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices. Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local codes and safety regulations. Maintain clean and organized job sites, promoting safety and efficiency.
