Description
Are you a hands-on HVAC expert who can diagnose, fix, and lead from the front? We are looking for a highly experienced Lead HVAC Technician/Engineer to take full technical ownership of complex cooling systems across client sites. The Lead HVAC Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end technical management of HVAC systems across assigned sites, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on capability. This is not a desk role. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, system optimization, and technical leadership—working with Chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and AHUs, particularly Daikin systems. What You’ll Do Lead diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of complex HVAC systems Manage and maintain: Central chillers, VRV/VRF systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs) Provide hands-on technical leadership to field technicians Train and mentor junior engineers on-site Interface confidently with clients and stakeholders Ensure optimal system performance, uptime, and energy efficiency Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs Support commissioning, retrofits, and system upgrades Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong experience working with Daikin systems (mandatory) with Proven expertise in: Fault diagnosis (electrical & mechanical) System troubleshooting under pressure Repairs and system recovery Minimum 8–12 years HVAC experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Deep knowledge of: Chiller systems (air & water cooled) VRV/VRF architecture AHU systems and controls Ability to train, supervise, and elevate junior technicians Strong communication skills – able to engage clients professionally Highly mobile and comfortable working across multiple sites Benefits Competitive Salary and benefits
