Our team in the US Southwest is growing. We are currently recruiting for a Lead I&C Engineer to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in the Tucson or Denver office. It is critical that the chosen candidate has a Professional Engineering (PE) designation in the US, and preferably in Nevada.

• Prepare control deliverables such as Control Narrative, Cause and Effect diagram, Control system architecture, loop drawings, plant site communication and IT requirements
• Provide I&C input to process P&ID
• Prepare instrument deliverables such as equipment list, IO list, I/O assignment, Instrument Index, Serial Interface list, cable list, etc.
• Provide input to mechanical packages
• Prepare Instrumentation Datasheets for ON/OFF valve, control valve, flowmeter, densitometers, transmitters, pressure safety valve, Motor operated valves, Hydraulic power units, etc.
• Perform Instrument sizing calculations
• Prepare and review RFQ, approving vendor document
• Prepare technical specifications for purchased equipment
• Prepare technical evaluations of supplier’s proposals
• Provide technical support to the designers
