• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using various programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support and fostering their professional growth.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage version control using GitHub or SVN for code repositories.
• Ensure the application is secure by implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and other security measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development or production.
