Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Training & development Role: Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Collaboration Architect Location: Hybrid | Andover, MA We are seeking a Lead IAM / Collaboration Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise identity systems and collaboration platforms across a global environment. This role is central to strengthening security posture, enabling seamless workforce access, and improving governance and operational reliability for identity and collaboration services. Key Responsibilities Architect, manage, and optimize enterprise identity platforms such as Azure AD / Entra ID and Okta. Design and implement SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust identity and access security models. Lead identity governance, provisioning, and full access lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver). Oversee collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and tools such as Teams, Slack, and Zoom. Implement conditional access policies, compliance controls, and secure authentication patterns. Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to define access, authentication, and authorization strategies. Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues across distributed, global environments. Drive automation and continuous improvements in identity workflows and operational processes. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IAM and enterprise collaboration platforms. Strong experience with Azure AD / Entra ID and/or Okta administration and architecture. Hands-on knowledge of SSO standards and protocols: SAML, OAuth, and OIDC. Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including identity integration and collaboration services. Experience implementing Zero Trust and identity security best practices in enterprise environments. Strong troubleshooting skills with clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Flexible work from home options available.
