Key Responsibilities › Administer IAM platforms using approved configurations to enable secure authentication and authorization outcomes › Provision, modify, and revoke system access through approved IAM workflows, incorporating structured Joiner–Mover–Leaver controls to ensure timely and accurate access management › Configure and support SSO, MFA, and federation mechanisms using defined standards to strengthen access security › Conduct periodic user access reviews and privileged access recertifications to maintain compliance and reinforce access governance controls › Monitor privileged access activity and high-risk sign-ins using system analytics to identify control gaps and drive remediation actions › Support development and continuous enhancement of IAM governance policies, access standards, and control frameworks to align with regulatory and risk requirements › Lead application onboarding to identity platforms through defined access validation checkpoints to ensure compliant integration and go-live readiness › Maintain IAM logs, evidence repositories, operational metrics, and performance dashboards to support audit requirements and executive reporting needs › Investigate access-related incidents through ticket analysis and log review, coordinating corrective actions to mitigate identified risks › Contribute to IAM roadmap initiatives, platform upgrades, and modernization efforts to strengthen long-term identity capability maturity Job Requirements › Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline › This role typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or infrastructure security roles › Demonstrated experience administering IAM platforms and access controls › Good understanding of authentication protocols, access governance, and security monitoring › Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation capabilities ALTANFEETHI office was founded in 1979 for official ceremonies and the reception of the Kingdom's delegations. Responsibilities

The Lead IAM Specialist will administer IAM platforms, provision and revoke access using structured workflows, and configure security mechanisms like SSO and MFA. Responsibilities also include conducting access reviews, monitoring privileged activity, and supporting IAM governance policy development.
