Description
Key Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities: * Gather and analyze business requirements * Configure Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Finance, HCM, OIC) * Prepare functional design documents (FDD) * Conduct UAT sessions with business users * Provide production support and issue resolution Technical Responsibilities: * Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher / OTBI * Work on data migration using FBDI / HDL / HSDL * Create and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs * Support extensions using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) * Debug and troubleshoot technical issues Leadership Responsibilities: * Act as module lead for small projects or enhancements * Coordinate with cross-functional teams * Mentor junior team members * Ensure timely delivery of tasks Required Skills: * Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications * Experience in at least one module: Finance / HCM / OIC * Hands-on with: * BI Publisher * OTBI Reports * FBDI / HDL * REST/SOAP APIs * Basic SQL knowledge * Understanding of business processes Preferred Skills: * Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) * Exposure to Fast Formulas / Approval workflows * Prior client-facing experience Experience: * 2+ years in Oracle Fusion (Techno-Functional role) Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Commerce or related field Soft Skills: * Good communication and stakeholder management * Problem-solving mindset * Ability to work independently
