QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment
• 1+ year of team lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Experience with WMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, Manhattan, or similar)
• Strong understanding of receiving, returns, and inventory flow
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and safety

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $22.00. The hourly rate of pay is determined by experience, education, skills, and location

As the Lead, Inbound Operations for Jenni Kayne, you will play a hands-on leadership role overseeing inbound workflows including Receiving, Returns, Store Transfers, and related functions such as Putaway, Dock Management, and Inbound Quality Control. This position supports the Assistant Director in driving daily performance, team development, and operational excellence.
You will serve as the key point of contact for floor-level operations, ensuring that inbound inventory is processed accurately, efficiently, and according to standard operating procedures.
