Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Lead Industrialization Project Manager to manage and drive complex engineering and industrialization projects within manufacturing and production environments. This role is focused on planning, coordinating, and executing operational and engineering-based projects related to infrastructure, facilities, equipment, manufacturing processes, and industrial capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage high-complexity projects with medium to high business impact. The position typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience in industrialization, manufacturing, engineering project management, or related fields. Key Responsibilities Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering and industrialization projects. Manage end-to-end project execution including: Design Planning Installation Testing Commissioning Production readiness Prepare and manage: Project schedules Budgets and forecasts Cost estimates Technical specifications Project controls Resource planning Coordinate production, transportation, installation, and commissioning activities for new infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. Monitor project progress and performance against plans, taking corrective actions to minimize risks and delays. Identify, develop, and secure the resources required for successful project delivery. Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Support development of engineering standards, work specifications, and operational procedures. Lead complex industrialization projects with medium to high organizational impact. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution and operational processes. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Coach, support, and guide junior project managers and project team members. Contribute to governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication activities. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Project Management or related technical discipline Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in: Industrialization Project Management Manufacturing Engineering Production Engineering Engineering Operations Complex Technical Project Delivery Proven experience managing large-scale or high-complexity industrial or engineering projects. Strong understanding of: Manufacturing processes Industrialization workflows Production systems Engineering project execution Experience in: Budgeting and forecasting Resource management Risk management Supplier and contractor coordination Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications Project Management certification such as: PMP PRINCE2 IPMA Agile Project Management Experience working in automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with production launch activities and industrial ramp-up projects.
