What You’ll Do: Guiding Classroom Operations: Take the lead in shaping the overall learning experience. Building Meaningful Connections: Forge strong relationships with both children and their families. Fostering a Positive Environment: Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care. What You Bring to the Table: Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old. Certification: Active CDA or a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in ECE Experience: 1 year in a licensed childcare facility. Training Requirements: Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
