About Us: The Infrastructure and Capacity Planning (ICP) portfolio is responsible for ensuring that Regional Renal Programs have the necessary infrastructure and services in place to enable in-facility and home dialysis and serve the needs of their patients, while promoting quality, value for money, and innovation.
Role Overview: The Lead will play a key role in ensuring the Ontario Renal Network (ORN) and the ICP portfolio achieve their objectives by leading and supporting various projects and operational functions. This includes infrastructure planning, budget management, and provincial procurement planning. The Lead will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality products for communication and decision-making purposes. As part of this role, the Functional Lead acts as a subject matter expert and may take on more complex work in developing plans and deliverables, deploying resources, and may act on the Manager’s behalf in their absence and may be responsible for day-to-day work allocation.
