Description

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Infrastructure & Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end infrastructure and solution architecture for a complex insurance platform across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role drives architectural decisions to closure, establishes technical direction for distributed engineering teams, and works directly with senior client stakeholders through formal architecture review processes. The successful candidate will ensure that the platform is secure, scalable, highly available, supportable, and aligned across infrastructure, application, data, and security architecture.ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the infrastructure, security, deployment, and solution architecture across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Design standards for networking, compute, storage, identity, monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, and operational support.
Define Docker-based container architecture, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and environment-management strategies.
Prepare, present, and defend infrastructure and solution designs in formal client architecture review sessions.
Drive open architectural decisions, technical risks, dependencies, and infrastructure initiatives to closure.
Provide technical direction and review designs, code, configurations, and deployment plans across backend, frontend, data, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
Define configuration-driven onboarding for carriers, including environment settings, secrets, feature configuration, and deployment controls.
