Executes species campaigns and activation plans with the local sales teams. 6.Manages local species expert community and executing training and knowledge sharing. DVM in Swine health or PhD in Swine nutrition/management/physiology or related fields. 2.Business background and interest in commercial business development 3.Familiarity with marketing concepts, tools and practices in a technical, solution selling environment 4.A business degree, certification or proven experience will be an added benefit 5.Deep industry and technical species expertise and technical marketing experience of at lAbility to translate technical needs, opportunities and facts into business language;Ability to identify commercial opportunities and interact with key accounts in a highly consultative, solution sales approach;Ability and interest to interact on scientific levels and establish external profile as an industry expert 6.Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
