This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate at the intersection of consulting, solution design, and business growth. Based in Hyderabad, the role involves owning end-to-end innovation engagements—from strategy and advisory to execution and scaling—while building new innovation practices aligned with emerging market needs, policy priorities, and global trends. You will work closely with public and private sector stakeholders to shape future-ready solutions and position innovation as a core growth engine. Key Responsibilities Define and execute differentiated innovation strategies that balance revenue growth with measurable social and ecosystem impact Lead complex innovation consulting and solution-led engagements, guiding clients from problem definition and ideation through validation, scaling, and market entry Own revenue generation and P&L responsibility, including identifying, originating, and closing high-value consulting and innovation opportunities Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic engagements across multiple sectors Orchestrate multi-stakeholder ecosystems by engaging senior leaders across government, corporations, startups, academia, and global institutions Conceptualize, launch, and scale new innovation practices, programs, and business lines aligned with market and policy priorities Represent innovation initiatives and regional ecosystems with global enterprises, international organizations, and public-sector leaders Attract, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on nurturing early-career talent and fostering a culture of ownership and inclusion Strengthen brand visibility and credibility through thought leadership, partnerships, and strategic representation Translate research, insights, and emerging trends into actionable strategies and scalable innovation solutions What Makes You a Great Fit 12+ years of progressive experience across innovation consulting, solution development, and B2B sales or growth leadership roles Proven ability to design and execute innovation strategies, particularly within public–private partnership or ecosystem-driven environments Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of building, scaling, and closing complex consulting or solution-led engagements A practice-builder mindset, with experience launching and growing new programs, business units, or innovation platforms Strong stakeholder gravitas, with the confidence to engage at CXO, board, and senior government levels Experience leading and developing young, high-potential teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence diverse and senior audiences Strong analytical capability, enabling the translation of research and insights into commercially viable, scalable solutions Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
