Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative who will work exclusively through channel partners to acquire new SMB customers. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building relationships, enabling partners, and driving revenue through indirect sales models. You will be responsible for driving net-new business within the SMB segment by engaging, enabling, and co-selling with our network of trusted partners (VARs, MSPs, digital agencies, and more). Key Responsibilities Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Freshworks’ certified partners to identify, qualify, and close SMB new business opportunities. Pipeline Management: Own and manage a partner-led pipeline, ensuring healthy coverage, accurate forecasting, and consistent follow-up. Enablement: Support and enable partners by providing sales collateral, and insights into successful sales strategies for SMB customers. Co-Selling: Join partner calls, demos, and meetings to assist in closing deals or advancing opportunities. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated via partners and collaborate to convert them into paying customers. CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and share regular updates on partner performance and pipeline status Qualifications Requirements 7-10 years of inside sales or channel sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech. Preferred experience in ASEAN market Proven experience selling into the SMB segment. Strong understanding of partner/channel sales models. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM systems A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills. Team player who can collaborate across sales, marketing, and partner teams.
