Description Position Summary: SunVena is looking for a Lead Inspections Coordinator to join the Operations Department. The Lead Inspections role will be responsible for assisting the operations team in running the day-to-day operations for inspections. This position is to make sure all the parts that are required to progress a project are done on time, keeping quality and efficiency at all times. This position reports to the Inside Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage & track project deliverables and timelines Schedule inspections such as rough, service, and final with municipalities and utilities to ensure timely project progress. Address inspection failures by coordinating fixes, and confirm any required re-inspection fees or plan revisions are handled. Stay updated with changing local codes, AHJ requirements, and ensure installations align with city, utility, and internal standards. Maintain communication and positive relationships with AHJ’s Interdepartmental communications Works closely with Managers to prepare and update job progress reports Monitor and assist in the daily production of the office and employees Provide coverage and support during team members' PTO to ensure continuity of operation and maintain workflow efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 2 year of inspection experience required 2+ years of general solar office experience required Must be proficient at multitasking and competent in project management Excellent organizational skills required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications Self-Guided and Self-Motivated Must have outstanding follow-through Must have a valid state driver’s license
Responsibilities
