Club Pilates is also the first company to create a 500-hour Teacher Training Program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Pilates apparatus classes along with TRX, Triggerpoint, and Barre.    POSITION: We are seeking a CONFIDENT and ENERGETIC certified Pilates Instructor to promote to Lead Instructor at Club Pilates Lone Tree. The ideal candidate will be POSITIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC, and have a passion for Pilates, and for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.    REQUIREMENTS: This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned. * Lead Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards * Provide a safe and effective workout for up to 12 members per class, while using a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, Bosu Ball, Magic Circle, etc. * Prepare creative class flows that are challenging and level appropriate * Uphold our core values to ensure a positive studio culture that is inclusive and encouraging * Conduct private sessions, semi-private sessions, workshops, private events, and other additional sessions as needed * Inspect the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use * Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment * Assist with membership sales and checking clients in * Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio * Build studio revenue by promoting retail, membership sales, events, and services by delivering the “Message of the Week” after every class * Be a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Responsibilities
The Lead Instructor is responsible for leading Pilates group reformer classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout for members. Additional responsibilities include conducting private sessions, managing the instructor schedule, and promoting studio events.
