Responsibilities

As a Instrumentation Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing Electrical and Instrumentation arrangements through the application of International Standard (e.g. ATEX, CSA, NEC/NEMA, IECEx)
  • Modeling using 3D software for Instrumentation loop arrangement based on installation condition.
  • Designing and SMART instrumentation configuration against susceptibility electric and electromagnetic noise.
  • Optimizing Electrical installation to standardize solution in collaboration with Manufacturing department

To be successful in this role you will:

  • H Have BSc. or MSc. of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Management or Computer Science Engineering (or Diploma with about 5 years of experience in instrumentation).
  • Have 3-5 years of working experience in an engineering position for electrical or instrumentation design.
  • Be proficient in Instrumentation design and related development tools; knowledge of industry codes and standards.
  • Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and motivate others.
  • Be familiar with 3D Modelling tools (NX) / Have knowledge on electrical installation and cable routing.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English
