Responsibilities
  • Lead the mechanical and systems integration of UAVs at the assembly site
  • Coordinate the assembly of subsystems – mechanical, electrical, propulsion, avionics – into complete platforms
  • Own integration procedures, tooling setup, and work instructions to ensure build accuracy and repeatability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fit, routing, or compatibility issues during integration
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and testing teams to ensure system functionality and readiness
  • Supervise and mentor integration technicians, setting clear standards for execution and quality
  • Validate interfaces between components and systems, ensuring smooth system-level integration
  • Drive daily progress, ensure safety compliance, and maintain momentum without compromising quality
  • Support root cause analysis and feedback loops with R&D for design-for-assembly improvements
  • Manage integration zones – layout, tools, workflows, safety, and operational readiness
