WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US SimCorp’s Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) was purposefully launched in Warsaw, Poland in 2016, with strategic expansions to Manila, Philippines in 2021 and Mexico City in 2023. This global footprint allows us to effectively serve clients across EMEA, APAC, and North America. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants work in close partnership with market units, specializing in business functionality and solution workflows. Their deep expertise ensures tailored configurations and smooth deployments of SimCorp Dimension for our clients. Delivering high-performing, secure, and cost-efficient software is central to our mission. The ADC Platform & Integration team plays a pivotal role in every successful SimCorp Dimension implementation. As part of an agile team of approximately 40 professionals, you’ll help empower clients to manage their data portfolios end-to-end and seamlessly integrate with diverse data sources and technologies to drive business operations. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Technical design, build and delivery of integration solutions for SimCorp Dimension system according to client requirements Participate remotely in implementation projects around the world Gather, understand, and document client technical requirements Collaborate with colleagues from the team and other teams (also remote) Share your knowledge across the team and company Prepare test cases, support System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) Unit test, document and demo solutions built WHAT WE VALUE Experience in implementation projects in relation to systems integration Knowledge of the phases of the software implementation full life cycle Experience with configuration, system testing, documentation and sharing knowledge Experience with data imports, data transformations and data exports Familiarity with global standards for financial information and payments (SWIFT messages, ISO20022, MT/MX format) Practical knowledge of XML/XSLT or other datatypes Experience in working with SQL and relational databases Knowledge of IBM WebSphere and MQ Series / or alternative technologies Ability to identify clients’ requirements and come up with technical solution Ability to analyse complex data and information Ability to work under own initiative Good communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with working in an international environment with daily use of English Degree in studies related to Computer Science, Business Administration or Finance Highly welcome Experience with integrating financial IT systems Knowledge or interest in investment finance (i.e., financial instruments, capital markets) BENEFITS Flexible working hours Hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office, next to Wilanowska metro station) Private medical care (Medicover) Sharing the costs of sports activities (Multisport Card) Life insurance Possibility to develop your career in an international environment Professional training and courses (starting with our 3 weeks’ SimCorp Dimension® Academy) German and English language classes Integration events and charity projects NEXT STEPS Please send us your application in English via our career site.
