We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented Lead Interaction Designer to join our User-Centred Design team to support digital products and services in the Primary, Community and Mental Health directorate.
A s a Lead Interaction Designer who is user-centred , you will s pecialise in work ing out the best way to let users interact with services, in terms of both overall flow and at the level of individual design elements , across more complex services. Y ou will understand the way the internet works, have experience of designing in an agile environment and be driven to help DHCW transform the way it delivers services so that they are simpler, faster and easier to use.
Putting users’ needs at the heart of your work, you will make people’s interactions with our products and services accessible and as simple as possible.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
