Description
Title: Lead Interface Engineer KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Lead Interface Engineer to support the Abadi LNG project, one of the largest projects in Asia. This project will provide front-end design (FEED) for onshore liquefied natural gas facilities & will have a peak production capacity targets of 9.5 million tons per annum of LNG and 150 million standard cubic feet per day of pipeline gas. The Abadi LNG project has been designated a project of national strategic importance by the Indonesian government. The Lead Interface Engineer will be responsible for all internal & external interface engineering, including other Project Contractors for the entire OLNG Facility, by coordinating across all related disciplines in order to meet the requirements specified in the project contract. Responsibilities: Ensure all interface points are clearly identified and that parties are aligned and understand their scope boundaries/responsibilities, ensuring no gaps or overlaps exist Identify technical data needs early from each party and plan exchanges/agreements so there is no negative effect on the work Document, update, monitor Key interface data through to resolution and communicate on a timely basis Ensure that all stakeholders supply any information to confirm there are clear expectations of “what, when, and who” needs the work items so they can complete their work on a planned basis, without unnecessary tasks or rework Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field 15 + years of directly related experience, with average experience of 20 years Must include 10 + years of experience in interface engineering of LNG Plants Experience with FEED and EPCI in LNG Plants Working knowledge / overview of general engineering of LNGs and other Oil and Gas Facilities Knowledge of applicable codes and standards Belong.
