About the Role Seeking an experienced Lead Interior Designer to oversee design execution, client relationships, and project teams across commercial (F&B, office, clinic) and high-end residential projects. This role requires strong creative leadership, business awareness, and hands-on delivery capability. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design development (concept → technical → delivery) Prepare high-quality presentations, mood boards, and design proposals Manage junior / associate designers and external vendors Handle project pricing, budgeting, and FF&E planning Communicate directly with clients and ensure project success Commercial projects: support business development activities Residential/custom build: manage client engagement and project coordination Ensure high design standards & project quality Requirements 3+ years experience in interior design (commercial or luxury residential preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating both concept & execution skills Experience leading design team or projects Proficient in design tools (AutoCAD / SketchUp / Adobe / equivalents) Strong communication and client-facing ability Able to operate in a fast-paced creative environment
