Do you want to lead a talented team within the Digital Resilience Center (DRC) at Enexis and play a crucial role in embedding digital resilience into our DNA? At Enexis, we are looking for an experienced Lead Information Security Officer’s & Resilience Specialists who will help us strengthen the digital resilience of our organization!

YOU ARE DOING THIS TOGETHER WITH…

Your colleagues at the DRC (ISOs and specialists) as well as the DRC MT consisting of the Manager DRC, Lead SOC, and capability manager.
As an ISOs & Specialists team, you come to the office at least one day a week to collaborate (Thursday); furthermore, you ensure that you remain in touch with your team members and stakeholders. We work in an informal atmosphere with a lot of freedom, and you have no issues working independently and figuring things out yourself.

Job Description

  • A third interview with members of the IT Management Team

Responsibilities
  • Daily Management: You lead a team of Information Security Officers (ISOs) and Resilience Specialists. You guide and coach them in their personal and professional development.
  • Strategic Priorities: You help with setting priorities and creating focus, thereby directly contributing to the DRC’s mission and roadmap.
  • Sparring Partner: You are the primary sparring partner for the ISOs and Specialists. You help the team to address complex issues so that business stakeholders can make informed strategic decisions.
  • DRC Services: You are responsible for our core services: “Security sparring partner as a service” and “Continuous security improvements”, making our resilience strategy tangible and applicable.
  • Strategic Plans and Implementations: You contribute to defining the DRC roadmap and making plans concrete for the coming years, thus driving the future-proof establishment and continuous improvement of our core services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Together with your manager and the team, you ensure that security becomes an equal conversation partner, involved early by the business
