We are looking for a certified IT audit professional (m, f, d) as Lead IT Auditor Aufgaben Responsible for leading international projects and for the end-to-end delivery of audit engagements / Establishing the audit approach and the procedure for efficiently arriving at findings / Efficiently providing audit results, writing conclusions and reporting findings to the Head of IT Audit / Being responsible for providing insights to the Senior Management / After the presentation of the audit results, advice to the line managers on optimized action with regard to the facts complained about / Responsible for transforming step by step the way of working with the goal to be more agile with faster processes and decision-making with excellent quality / Responsible identification of trends and thematic patterns in the results and suggestions for further automation and industrialization / Exchange of audit experience and knowledge on an IT platform to share lessons learned and ensure the possibility of new audit approaches / Coaching and reviewing the work of colleagues / Participation in the creation of a learning environment for the Group’s Internal Audit. Qualifikation Bachelor or Master’s degree in information technology or engineering / Beneficial CISA or CISM / Sound experience in IT audit fields e.g. IT processes and frameworks, IT compliance or IT risk management / Work experience in the financial services industry / Knowledge of audit standards, principles of internal controls, processes, assessment and design of compliance testing / Knowledge of IT audit practices, plans and trends / Understanding of industry, key markets, participants, innovation drivers, IT issues, standards and guidelines, regulatory environment and developments / Knowledge of strategic objectives, key products and services, IT governance, policies and procedures and risk policy / Ability to a structured working approach and lead project teams / Interested in coaching colleagues regarding high quality standards / Curious and service-oriented personality / Dedicated to deliver work in high quality / Flexible and committed team player / Communication, presentation, networking and leadership skills / High team spirit / Good knowledge of MS Office applications / English as well as German (C2/1).
