THE ROLE YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

The IS IT Coordinator Lead will collaborate with the Systems Support manager to provide accurate and timely support service of specified network and hardware systems in support of our Customers, Patients and Families and is compliant with defined Adventist Information Technology (AIT) standards. Provide follow-up with team members on technical questions, making sure issues are addressed. Function as link between team members, customers, and team manager for escalated issues. This position will be responsible for assessing technical issues, lead out and coordinate with manager to troubleshoots network and software problems in a timely manner and escalates encountered situations to responsible areas with detailed and accurate information, contributing to the efficient function of the organization. Adheres to AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, federal agencies, and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
