You can demonstrate sound technical knowledge of Microsoft Intune and JAMF . Furthermore, you are well-versed in the operating systems Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android.
Furthermore, you have experience with Windows Autopilot , Samsung Knox , Android Zero Touch and Apple ADE .
You are familiar with Group Policy guidelines and have already worked with remote computing solutions such as Remote Desktop Services and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure Services , especially: (entraID, Intune,…) is one of your strengths.
You are experienced in coordinating and managing stakeholder expectations , as well as in ITSM / ITIL processes .
Based on internal customer requirements, you analyze the current situation, create and evaluate initial solutions, and implement the solution independently.
You have experience with one of the following project management methods: SCRUM, Prince2, PMI, IPMA.
