As the Lead IT Operations Engineer, you will be an integral part of a global IT team, reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise IT. In this role, you will provide leadership, coordination, and oversight to a distributed team of IT Operations Engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include effective monitoring, management, and troubleshooting of IT and network issues in onshore environments. You will ensure high service standards and adherence to company policies while maintaining and optimizing our onshore IT systems to support our staff. Your goal is to ensure seamless and efficient operations across the business.

Salary for this position: Up to £55,000 per annum
