ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone with experience in either managing Infrastructure lifecycle or software development frameworks. Demonstration of a wide knowledge of Information Technology coming from a background in architecture, software design or IT Operations is essential. Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or Service Now is desirable, but not required.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a lead IT service manager - infrastructure and application management, you are responsible for the management of a range of systems and service integrations, necessary to maintain and evolve the case management system. You ensure the technical integrity of platforms supporting live operations, by overseeing the suppliers who maintain the core platform. You play a key role in the DID senior leadership team, ensuring infrastructure is up to date and minimising technical debt.
