This role is crucial in enhancing employee productivity and efficiency across various departments. The IT Ticketing Manager will manage the internal ticketing platforms, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless communication between IT and other teams. Through innovative solutions, you will help drive the organization's performance and resolution of issues. This position requires strategic thinking and comprehensive management of the ticketing ecosystem. \n Accountabilities Serve as the primary business owner and administrator for the internal ticketing ecosystem, Intranet, and IT applications. Maintain a backlog of feature requests, prioritize enhancements, and communicate the roadmap to stakeholders. Build and maintain complex automated workflows, triggers, and business rules for ticket categorization and prioritization. Utilize APIs and middleware to connect the ticketing system with other enterprise tools. Act as Level 2/3 support for platform issues and coordinate with engineering or vendor support when necessary. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of ServiceNow administration experience including troubleshooting and identifying root causes. Experience in building complex automated workflows and business rules. Experience configuring and maintaining custom dashboards and reports for KPI tracking.
