• Install, repair, and maintain wiring, control systems, lighting, and electrical components in compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute precise electrical work.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and other trades to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Provide mentorship to apprentices, fostering skill development and best practices.
• Document work performed, materials used, and time spent for accurate project tracking.
