Position Overview Join the culinary team at Crooked Tree Tavern, where mountain views meet fresh, flavorful dining! As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality food preparation, precise execution, and teamwork in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen. In this hands-on, seasonal position, you’ll be part of a collaborative crew dedicated to crafting delicious dishes that fuel adventure and embody the spirit of Mt. Hood Meadows. From prepping ingredients and managing ticket flow to maintaining top-notch sanitation and safety standards, you’ll take pride in every plate you serve. This is a full-time, benefitted, year-round position Qualifications and Experience At least 21 years of age or older Minimum 2-years culinary experience or formal culinary education 1 year leadership experience Strong teamwork and communication skills Must be available to work evening, weekends, and holidays Must have reliable transportation for winter driving conditions Current Oregon Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe Certification Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Compensation: Wage: $23.61 - $28.85 hourly Benefits: Generous employer contribution towards medical plan Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401k after 500 hours in 6 months.
