As a Lead Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. You will work in a newly renovated and lively environment, leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service Ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations Assisting in menu planning and daily specials, while maintaining inventory and ordering supplies Training and mentoring new staff, ensuring they understand kitchen procedures and standards Collaborating with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction Managing kitchen operations during peak hours to maintain timely and high-quality food output Handling any kitchen issues that arise, from equipment malfunctions to guest complaints, with professionalism and poise Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas Ensuring all food items are prepared, stored, and served according to safety guidelines and standards If you're a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for cooking, we'd love to meet you Why Work with Us? Hotel experience preferred.
