JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and methods
  • Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings preferred
  • Familiarity with dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus
  • Excellent knife skills and ability to prepare ingredients efficiently
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff
