Washington Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90007 Hourly Rate: $20-$22 Lead Line Cook Responsibilities Prepare food items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines Assist in the training and development of staff members Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards Communicate customer order information to our virtual FOH team Requirements A leader who demonstrates initiative and leads by example. Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience Advanced kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
