Job Title: Lead Line/Prep Cook
Starting Wage: $20.00/Hr
Nov-Apr.: 32-40 hr/week May-Oct: 40+Hours/week
Start Date: ASAP

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated, responsible, flexible, and reliable Line / Prep Cook to join our team. This role is central to our operations, with primary responsibilities including smashing burger patties on the flattop grill, prepping ingredients, maintaining food quality, and leading the team during shifts, from time to time. It’s a physically demanding role that requires arm strength, stamina, and the ability to thrive in a hot, fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous cooking experience preferred, especially in high-volume or fast-paced kitchens.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in hot environments.
  • Physical stamina and arm strength required for smashing burgers.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive, hardworking attitude.
  • Availability for evening & weekend work.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to work for 10+hours a day, from time to time, while maintaining a positive attitude, speed, accuracy, and quality during high-volume service.
