As a Lead, you will assist management by supervising crew members and ensuring smooth store operations. Job Responsibilities STEP UP. SUPPORT THE TEAM. KEEP THE PIZZA HOT. As a Lead at Little Caesars, you help guide the crew and keep the store running efficiently. You lead by example, pitch in where needed, and make sure every pizza and guest experience meets our high standards. Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
